Favorite Finds - July 20th

When's the last time you used a jump rope? I thought about this question as I was reading A Flame of Pure Fire: Jack Dempsey and the Roaring 20's. I quickly came to realize how effective and useful this simple piece of equipment is in improving your conditioning, footwork, and overall athleticism. Next time you warm up for your gym routine, I would highly suggest breaking a sweat by jumping rope for at least 10 minutes. Need some motivation? Take a look at the champ, Floyd Mayweather.
